David Hughes
David L. Hughes, EVP of Operations, is a proven business financial and operational leader in accounting, capital planning, financing/banking, cost containment, budgeting, cost and profitability analysis.
His 26 years of business experience has included several key executive positions with both national and international organizations. David has delivered solution across several industries including consumer products, transit authorities, retail, banking, distribution and manufacturing.
Mr. Hughes has held a multitude of positions within American International Tile, Van Leer Packaging (US & BV), StyleMaster, Inc. and On Target Performance Group. His education includes a B.S. in Accounting and a MBA in Finance.
- Led organizations through brick & mortar, product line and market expansions resulting in a significantly higher operating profit.
- Implemented “Financials for Non-financial Managers” seminars around the US and Europe for companies that wanted to improve their financial understanding.
- Developed and administered the investment process (fixed assets & acquisitions) for various organizations, including justification (cash flow, IRR, payback) and recommendations, annual capital budgeting, post auditing and progress reporting.
